First Blog Entry

I recently found out how much fun it is to catch up with old friends on facebook. From there, I found a link to knitting community where knitters and other crafters get to share their ideas and experiences. It has been great! So I decided to try this blogging thing......is that the right term?

My family is so important to me. I have absolutely beautiful grandchildren, 2 boys and a girl and they are my pride and joy. I am so proud of my grown children who have turned out to be wonderful, Christian adults and terrific parents. I have the best hubby in all the world....and I promise that is no exaggeration. He would do anything for me and he has always been there to help and support me. I have a savior who gave his life for me(and you---do you know him?) and an Almighty loving Father God who, I just know, has a wonderful plan for me. My precious parents are still here with us and live close by. We are part of a church family, too, with a wonderful pastor. I have a pair of shih-tzu's that are truly a part of our home and we have puppies on the way, any day. My life is good, in spite of my pain and disability and I am truly blessed.
